Kindly Drop us a call if you are having problems with your printing machine and we will provide a highly trained professional technician to attend to your matters personally. Our technician will check the status of your equipment and resolve the problem efficiently. These services will be charged at the rate of RM60.00 to RM100.00 per trip.

Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA):
The Service Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is a service plan which covers unlimited services in for 1-5 years. The SMA includes maintenance, labour and parts for your machine to have it running better than ever. The SMA needs to be sign by the both representative of each party involves.

Print Per Copy (PPC):
The Print Per Copy (PPC) plan is a service plan which covers all your printing needs, example: parts, labour or supplies for your machine. So simply throw away all your worries about the printing problems as we will deal and solve all your printing problems. We will make sure that all of your printing machines are in good conditions. It is an excellent deal starting at RM0.03 per impression.

About Toners:
OEM Toners:
OEM is an abbreviation for ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS. It is the toner created by the manufacturer to work with the printing machine you are currently using.

Remanufactured Toners:
When a company Remanufacturer toner, they do not simply drill a hole in the cartridge and refill it. A quality remanufacture rebuilds the toner cartridge much as an auto mechanic rebuilds a car engine. It is a very precise, technical procedure that involves testing to determine worn parts, disassembling the cartridge to clean and to examine each and every component to determine which parts need to be reconditioned or replaced, tracking cycles of critical components for future replacement and then reassembling and testing to examine print quality.

About Machines:
New:
This is a never used machine; it came directly from the manufacturer with cero or few copies just for testing. They are usually comes with at least a 90 days warranty, 1 year limited warranty on manufacturing defect only or print copies whichever comes first from the manufacturer.

Refurbish:
A quality manufacturer rebuilds the machine (generally used machines), but with the differences of parts replacement or reconditioned. 75% parts are replaced by the manufacturer so they looked like new; these machines are well tested by a qualified technician and they usually comes with a 90 days warranty, 1 year limited warranty or print copies whichever comes first by the manufacturer.

Pre-owned:
A used machine has been recovered by the leasing company and sells it to us. These machines have been clean and checked by our technician and they are ready to ship to our clients.
